Should you need to return your purchase to Group Gear Limited for any reason, please use the Electronic Request Authorisation form below.

PLEASE NOTE

We will only issue a Returns Authorisation if either:

The purchase does not correspond with its specification at the time of delivery.
The purchase is found to be defective in either materials or workmanship within a 12 month period, or as determined by the manufacturer's warranty whichever is the longer as set in our Terms & Conditions.

Once you have completed this form we will issue a returns number, this must be clearly marked on the parcel when returned.There will be a 25% handling fee unless otherwise agreed upon.The Returns number is valid for 14 days from the time that it is given.
