DELIVERY SURCHARGE
Where an incorrect delivery address is given to the company when an order is placed and the company is charged by the carrier to correct the mistake a delivery surcharge will be invoiced to the customer to cover the cost of re-delivery. The charge will be dependent on the cost incurred by the company.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
For next day delivery, orders must be received by 4.30pm with the exception to the above areas and palletised deliveries.
